Environment:
Device: Asus Transformer Tab (Android 4.0.3);
Build: Nightly 30.0a1 (2014-03-04);
Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to about:firefox;
2. Tap on 'Licensing Information' button;
3. Swipe to scroll down the page;
4. While the page is scrolling tap on android back button.
Expected result:
About:firefox page is correctly displayed.
Actual result:
About:firefox page is zoomed in.
Notes:

The bug is reproducible in both portrait and landscape mode.
On Google Nexus 7 (Android 4.4.2) is reproducible only on landscape mode.

This is not reproducible anymore, after the bug 1279443 landed. I will mark this as fixed.
Tested with Asus Transformer Pad (Android 4.2.1), on Fennec 52.0a1, 51.0a2, 50b2.
