Steps to reproduce:
I am at a loss. I went to the Etsy forums to see if anyone else has had this issue and it seems like many people started around the same time I did (approx 2 weeks ago).
Actual results:
I attempted to print a shipping label through Etsy, shipping USPS. No error message, but part of the information on the page is missing...seems like it will print 7/8's of the information. I have shipped thousands of packages with this method and this is the first time I've had an issue. I scanned for viruses, did printer troubleshooting (changed cartridges and more).
Expected results:
I should have been able to print a whole shipping label.

Is it printing to a PDF file? If yes, would it be possible to attach an example file?

This is a pdf file of a sample label. If I download this and try to print through Firefox, it prints but is missing some of the information. However, I can download and open with Adobe Reader, and print from there without issue. Thanks

Printing the above file with firefox 27 on windows 7 and windows xp I am unable to reproduce. It could be I'm just not seeing the issue though. Can you take a picture or scan of the bad printing output with the above file?

This attachment contains a file with two images-one label which printed correctly after downloading, saving, and opening with Adobe Reader; and one label which prints incorrectly when used directly through a window opened in Firefox from Etsy (which normally works great).

My colleague and I tried on two different windows computers and printers and were unable to reproduce this. It seems this may be a printer specific bug.

reporter, is it still an issue for you? It prints fine on my machine.
