Description:
If the user creates or edits an All Day event in a google calendar on the device and adds an alarm, the alarm time will be incorrect when viewed from the web.
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Buri to BuildID: 20140304040200
2) Select Calendar on the home screen
3) Tap the three bars in the top left > then tap '+' > then Google to add a google account
4) Select an upcoming empty day and tap + in the upper right corner to create a new event
5) Check the 'All day event' box
6) Add a '1 day before' Reminder and tap save in the upper right
7) Sync Calendars on the device
8) Check the google calendar via the web
Actual:
The alarm reminder time is incorrect when viewed from the web
Expected:
The alarm reminder time should be the same on the device and on the web

'1 day before' on device will appear as 15 hours on Google Calendar
'2 days before' on device will appear as 39 hours on Google Calendar
'1 week before' on device will appear as 159 hours on Google Calendar
'2 weeks before' on device will appear as 327 hours on Google Calendar
This issue also occurs on the Buri v 1.3.0 Mozilla RIL

This is correct behavior. The reason for this is that our definition of when an all day event starts is 9 hours different than Google's definition of when an all day event starts, so that's why a difference is seen here.
