This came out of the User Stories exercise for the Events2 mvp.
This might ultimately be a WONT FIX, but I wanted to check with amira to see if we've actually encountered any situations like this yet where events are inappropriate and it would be helpful to have a flagging function.

Ahh yes, if I remember correctly last summer we had some porn on the site...and general weird things people put on Popcorn Maker. I think Jacob flagged it and manually took it down.
A flagging function would be helpful in the future but it doesn't happen often enough right now to make it a immediate priority.

Although - how do we administer events? ie can we remove them? edit them?
Can we not delete/hide a make in the backend? Either that or send the creator a notification and ask them to take it down (which they probably won't do but it's worth a try).

There is hopefully a way to easily remove events on the backend, Gavin?

We have delete functionality via the service, but only for the event owner I believe. It's an authenticated route. There's no front end UI for it.
We'll need to add some kind of admin functionality, but for now we can delete records directly in the SQL database.

It's not a huge priority but we have has instances of people putting soft porn on Popcorn Maker so would recommend building some sort of reporting system in for the future.

* Amira: is this really a priority? Are we seeing any real instances of inappropriate events? Moving to [aug22] -- please let us know if this becomes a priority.
