Steps to Reproduce:
Go to Calendar->Menu->click on '+' icon->click on Google->White screen appears->After some time Server not found message appears and Close and try again buttons are not responding.
Actual Result:
Unable to connect to Google account
Expected Result:
Able to connect to Google account

can you still reproduce this? this is worksforme on a 1.4 build, dated 04152014

We will have automation test for adding Google and Yahoo account in Calendar. It will be easier to find out the issue. http://bugzil.la/994017 - Add a marionette test to add a google account.
