Steps to reproduce:

I go to webpage, click on a link and the new page will not load or when I am on a for a short time all off a sudden the webpage it says its not responding.


Actual results:

I get a blank page and have to hit refresh 3-4 times for it to load or I will get this error: Error: Timeout occurred while retrieving page meta data. 

When page isnt responding I have to wait 4-5 minutes for it to respond again.


Expected results:

The page should load normally like it did before.

Firefox is hanging due to some extension most likely.

Please try to use the steps at https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/firefox-hangs-or-not-responding to resolve your issue.

Could you please try the following :

1) try this with a clean profile: http://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles

2) running in Safe mode: http://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode

I was unable to reproduce the bug. I suspect that this would be more suited to SUMO. Manuela Muntean has provided some useful articles from the knowledge base, I suggest you try those.

Hi Dustin, thanks for your report! I'm closing the bug, since we don't have enough information to reproduce it and it's been a couple of weeks since we've heard from you. If this is still happening with Firefox in safe mode, let us know and re-open the bug. Cheers!
