Thanks for the report. I think we should use https://support.mozilla.org/products/thunderbird instead, so the locale gets detected. Also, I found out "Knowledge Base" also links there.

As mentioned above, "Knowledge Base" already links to https://support.mozilla.org/products/thunderbird
