980528 - Gather canonical teaching kit examples for each web lit competency

We will need to feature these kits in /Explore. Suggest we find 2-6 to highlight for each competency. These should be really clean, easy to understand examples that we want others to model their content on. We can take an MVP approach to this and choose the best of, then replace with more refined versions later if needed.

You'll notice a few of the topics still don't have anything, and lots of the OERs apply to various competencies, so we can also switch things around as needed. 

What is process for changing 'best of' kits/OERs on explore? Will be pretty important that this is something I can modify when needed. Is it possible through MakeAPI back-end?

Thanks Kat. Do you need to revise this for externally linked resources (which we're not including for MVP)? If not, please mark this resolved when final.

Re. your backend request, the current plan is to resist changing these all too often. This section is not meant to be regularly curated. Obviously we expect some churn in the beginning as we settle on example kits, but we don't want to change them every week, for example. How often were you imagining modifying these? Feel free to file this as a separate bug.

I'm not imagining changing them often, but would like the functionality to do so (ie, so we don't need to file a bug for every change). If they're available as a tag or something in the back end makeAPI, that would be perfect. 

And are you saying *no* externally linked resources can be used? If so, we'll have very little material for some of the competencies. It just doesn't exist yet on Webmaker... will look pretty blank.

Update: No external resources can be listed *for now*. I've made each competency in Best in Show pad https://teach.etherpad.mozilla.org/best-in-show into 'webmaker' and 'non-webmaker'. Note several competencies still do not have 3 resources to curate -- but this can be another good CTA for community to surface once /explore is live.

i'll keep updating the list with more as i receive them to curate, but you can definitely start populating /explore with these now.
