User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:27.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/27.0 (Beta/Release) Build ID: 20140212131424 Steps to reproduce: web browsing, slow rendering in media rich page such as cnn.com, gametrailers.com, etc. Noticeably run the RingMark test suite "rng.io/?all" barely comes out.

Firefox 27 Samsung Galaxy S4 Android 4.3 You will notice the slow rendering compared to Chrome when visit any media rich sites, news and shopping sites, etc. cnn.com and gametrailers.com are two examples.
