Downloading an app from the Marketplace does not populate information in Downloads section
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Buri to BuildID: 20140306134106
2) Launch Marketplace and search for "Game Pack"
3) Start Download
4) Launch Settings and Navigate to Downloads section
Actual:
Downloads section contains no information related to the app being installed or after it's installed
Expected:
Downloaded apps are populated in the Downloads section of settings.

The downloads UI isn't intended for apps - it's intended for downloading files. This is correct behavior.
