When pulling down the notifications tray (one unread notification) some arrows are shown at the bottom. See attached screenshot.

The arrows there usually are intended to be part of the usage data in the utility tray, but there's no information there.
What device are you using? What SIM card?

I'm on a Helix. What information would you like about the SIM? Looks like an AT&T and has this number printed on the back:
89014103275989162028
I don't think that the SIM was activated for data in the FTU process though, in case that matters.

Okay - can you clarify the full STR you used here up to the point when you opened the utility tray? Just want to understand when we got the into no information state, as that's definitely a bug.
