When the phone is being used as a USB Mass Storage device, Gallery is unavailable. The error message we give is "Memory card in use," with an addendum to unplug the phone.
This is technically correct, but it doesn't address the actual setting causing the issue, that USB storage is enabled and mounted. It's not obvious that doing so causes exclusive use of the memory card to pass to the computer.
We should change this error message to recognize the primary reason the Gallery is unavailable: the phone is being used as USB storage. We can suggest disabling USB storage and unplugging the phone as two solutions.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Launch Settings
2. Enable USB storage
3. Plug the phone in so it mounts on a computer
4. Launch Gallery
EXP: "Gallery cannot be used while phone is mounted as USB Storage" (or whatever)
ACT: "Memory card in use"
