Description
During the first time experience, if you select to join a hidden network and then select "None" in the security dropdown, it still requires you to enter a password before it will enable the "Next" button.


Steps to Reproduce

1. flash the device
2. select join hidden network on wifi screen
3. select "None" in security dropdown

Expected Results

After selecting "None" the password label and text box should probably disappear.  After filling in the SSID, the Next button should be enabled.

Actual Results

Selecting "None" doesn't make the password label and textbox disappear.  After entering SSID, the Next button stays disabled.  It doesn't enable until I enter a password.
