Description

Unabled to record videos in the camera app (see attached video).

Steps to Reproduce

1. launch camera app
2. switch to video mode.
3. try to start recording by touching the video button.

Expected Results

Video recording should begin.

Actual Results

Nothing happens.

Is this always happening with the Keon with that STR? I recall there was some bugs post the camera refactoring that resulted in the camera UI being unresponsive, but there was usually more steps than just doing a simple recording.

Dave, that may be a long shot, but I have a similar issue on Nexus S: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=997150

After investigating, this is failing because of the lack of AAC used in the 480p recording profile. Maybe there is something related.

I just tested it and that's not the problem.  I'm not seeing anything in the logs related to that.

There was no log for me either by default. Check Mike's recommandation on how to enable DOM Camera logging

It looks like there are still some issues with video capture on Keon.  The overlay text and time are upside-down, and the playback shows garbled video.  This is a build of master that I made this morning.
