As discussed on bug 924074, we may have to extend the new mouse events in mozelement.js (tap & doubleTap) to also support modifier keys.

Hi Vassudev. 
We basically needed this for enhancing "tap" and "doubleTab" to accept modifier keys (shift, ctrl, shitft+ctrl etc.) for the metro tests.
Given that we don't support metro anymore, I'm not sure this worth to be done anymore.
So if you are interested in automation and contributing, please contact us on the #automation IRC channel.
