I guess our biggest blocker here is that we don't even have a Madai device in SF.
Besides that we also have 50 1.4 blockers we have to finish by end of next week.

Wayne, it is unlikely that this could get done.  Leaving as is, what is the implication?  4 rows of icons instead of 5?

If I understand this correctly, we'll still have 5 rows but with undesirable gapping between the icons and between the final row and the icon tray. Better have Gregor to confirm this.

Is that something we can live with for 1.4 claiming 720p support? (or do we not?)

I am meeting with partner tomorrow I'll also find out if they'd accept as-is for their product or if they can help.

I'm closing this as invalid since we no longer use the old homescreen. Feel free to re-open if we still planning on doing something like this for Madai.
