Firefox 28.08b

When I start my computer and it opens to the start screen
I then tap on the Firefox Icon (while in the start screen)
It then opens the desktop version
making me have to relaunch from the desktop version to metro

Steps to reproduce:
Start windows 8 computer
in the start screen tap on Firefox Icon

Expected Result:
Firefox starts as Firefox Metro from the start screen

Actual Result:
Starts Desktop Firefox
This behavior is by design. Basically once the user chooses a browser they want to run, all shortcuts will launch it. This isn't perfect for devices that are mixed use, so we're open to changing it if we can find a good solution. But it does make things better for users who tend to stick with one browser front end.

So there is no way for someone to tick an option to have all shortcuts launch it or to have some shortcuts launch it (like the desktop shortcut opens the desktop version and the metro shortcut opens the metro version)?
