Oh, awesome. Just hitting return submits the bug. A winner is me.
Our colleague Brian Bondy has been created this site: http://codefirefox.com/
There's more information here:
http://www.brianbondy.com/blog/id/158/investing-in-our-community-through-code-firefox/
It's a great set of videos, and I'd like your help making them available to a much wider audience.
The translated subtitles are being done here:
http://www.amara.org/en/search/#/?q=codefirefox
... and we'd like to get as many eyes on this as we can. If I can answer any questions, please let me know.
Thank you.

Hey Mike,
Thanks for filing the bug! We'll need some additional info in order to properly estimate the project and assign it a priority.
Please fill in the following info:
*Project owner:
*Length of project (in number of source strings or words):
*Description of target audience:
*Where the source project will live:
*Target locales for first iteration:
*Rate of adding new locales per quarter:
*Resources available for L10n drivers and localizers (can include personnel):
*Identify project's life-cycle:
*Project's release schedule (URL preferred):
*Project's target release date:

Thanks, Jeff. Some of these answers will be necessarily fuzzy:
Project Owner - Brian Bondy owns CodeFirefox. I'll keep track of the progress of the translation efforts, and report back to him.
Length - This is difficult to estimate. There are ~55 videos now, with more on the way. They're from 90 seconds to six minutes long, and to an unscientific estimate they seem to run at approximately 100 wpm.
The target audience is prospective Firefox and Mozilla contributors, worldwide. These videos are intended as an introduction to our development process.
The project will live at CodeFirefox.com (videos) and Amara.org (subs)
Rate of new locales per quarter: Best effort.
Resources available: Brian and myself, I think, via email or IRC.
The lifecycle, schedule and release date questions may not be meaningful in this context. The original videos are being released when they're ready; though Brian would like to dedicate more of his time to them, they're not his full time job. So, this is a best-effort request, and I think we'd both be happy to see this being leveraged as a low-barrier-to-entry contribution pathway for the localization team.

Tentatively taking this bug, note that I may not be able to work on that before the end of March though.

Do we have a place (mailing list, anything) that I could publicize this?

Removing myself as assigned, there is realistically no chance I can add that to my already too long list of projects I work on.

Assuming this is a wontfix at this point.
