Steps to reproduce:

On many sites I have zoomed in using "Ctrl++" (Ctrl and the plus key). Many of these were done months ago. I then went into edit->preferences-privacy-clear-recent history and chose to clear only the last hour.


Actual results:

All sites were set back to zoomed-out. Even the ones that had been set months ago.


Expected results:

Any site zoomed in more than an hour ago should have remained zoomed in
