Hi-

Chris is going to swap the download button and the "Firefox|Different by Design" on the homepage to see if having the homepage on the left instead of the right will increase conversions.

He'll also set up a test to track results.

Hey Guys,

I've created some variations for this experiment here:

Here are the Targeting Parameters:
- Exclude 'any mobile browser'
- URL = http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/

I've also integrated it with Google Analytics and have allocated 25% of homepage traffic to flow into the test, split equally among the variations.
