Defect description:

When creating a new email account "Next" soft key button appears as grayed out however it is working. Seen that when data requested is filled in colour of "Next" chages from grey to bold grey but it still seems that this option is grayed out.
Steps to reproduce:
===================
1. Phone in Spanish
2. Launch E-mail app
3. Open Mail settings
4. Select Add Account
5. Fill in all fields
Expected result:

This "Next" option should be displayed un black colour when all data requested is filled in.
