Steps to reproduce:

1. Create fresh profile
2.  Enable OMTC . Restart
3. Go to https://brendaneich.com/2014/03/mwc-2014-firefox-os-success-and-yet-more-web-api-evolution/

4. Scroll down, till the second image is about halfway out of the screen. 
5. move mouse over hyperlinks .



Actual results:

5. Bizarre visual artifacts/ bluish tinging of text

Scroll up and down the page a few times.  Switching tabs makes this easier to reproduce.

the browser can also land up in a state where it continuously flashes through the corrupt-normal-corrupt cycle, like a flashing blinking animation.
 Really bizarre.
