I reproduce on Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; rv:30.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/30.0 ID:20140307030202 CSet: b0e7f63c2138.
No reproduce on Firefox beta & aurora.
No reproduce on Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; rv:30.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/30.0 ID:20140309030204 CSet: 21f293fc8d34.

Fixed on latest nightly?

the menu work on ID:20140311030201 CSet: 41d962d23e81

Save the to local and open, it refers to an external CSS (undrawn).

I have tested the testcase provided by YF on the latest Nightly (43.0a1) and the issue is not reproducible anymore.

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:46.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/46.0
Build ID: 20160107030235

Can you please try to reproduce this on the latest release(43.0.4) and/or latest Nightly(46.0a1) and provide the results?
