Currently the support forum shows
17 questions in the last 24 hours have no reply. Help solve them!
Under that I get
There are no questions that match the current filter settings.
The filter being Thunderbird.
Actual result : All topic in system are included
Expected result: numbers resulting from the filter (it is above the text) to be displayed.

The help solve them button is mean to work with the product filter in the top right with "All Products" selected. There is no specific # available for X unanswered Thunderbird questions, X unanswered Webmaker questions etc.

Yeah, it's working as intended, but apparently the wording is off. Any suggestions?

I don't know about the wording, but you could change the "Help solve them!" link to …/questions/all?filter=… so that it shows questions for all products. I'm personally only interested in questions about Firefox, but at least that way the link wouldn't leave me wondering why fewer questions are displayed.
