 DEFECT DESCRIPTION:
 I can download the file by OMA download,but I can not find the file in SD card 
 REPRODUCING PROCEDURES:
 1.lanuch "http://imps.tcl-ta.com/cailiang/content_test/attributes/attributes.html"->choose "DDVersion M.M.m;"->choose "download"->choose"install"
 2.it can download the file to set up to wallpaper,but you can not find the file in SDcard--->KO
 notes: phenomenon of Beetle lite FF and soul3.5 FF is not the same,Beetle lite FF have no respond when you click "DDVersion M.M.m;" in Beetle lite FF
 EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR: 
 if the phone support OMA download,you should can download the file ,and can check the file in SD card
 if you do not support OMA download ,you should not can download the file

Downloading is disabled per landing of bug 973404. This is confirmed by the fact that there's nothing on the sdcard in the testing result here.
