recently the permissions were changed on cvs-update.log and it's now returning 'permission denied'. https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/cvs-update.log can this change please be reverted? thanks
Permissions fixed. Possibly related to the change to use rsync to push to the webheads, but I'm uncertain.

swapped the chmod and fixperms lines in r85433. if that doesn't work, I'm going to become a hermit and go live on a high mountain crag somewhere.

looks like checksetup.pl also calls fix_all_file_permissions: contrib/fixperms.pl:fix_all_file_permissions(1); checksetup.pl:fix_all_file_permissions(!$silent); moved the chmod to immediately before the deploy, fixed the existing logs.
