Flickering is clearly seen from 32 to 36th second in this YouTube video

Details 
Flickering is observed while playing many YouTube videos in FFOS V1.4 8926 devices.
Noticeable easily while trying to seek or change device orientation (portrait/landscape)
Flickering is observed with and without Hardware Composer enabled.
It might be dup of Bug 974152.
