User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:27.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/27.0 (Beta/Release)
Build ID: 20140218140359

Steps to reproduce:

- User listens to music with headphones, the music or radio has a weak audio level signal
- User sets volume at a higher level

Actual results:

- Alert message about possible hearing loss/damage appears but not always and not under same certain conditions
- Sometimes message occurs when user has been listening at a higher level for quite a while and when it appears it puts down the volume having the user to get out the phone, unlock screen, touch OK to the warning message, and then turn volume back to the desired audio level.

Expected results:

- Alert message has a consistent behavior so the user can accept the warning before locking the phone to listen to music unattended.

I can reproduce the 2nd result of this bug on FirefoxOS 2.1, I think this should split out in a new bug, because I think you've described 2 separate issues here.
