When user accesses Dialer App and normally taps the Contacts (Address Book) icon at the bottom of the screen more than two times in succession, the Contacts (Address Book) icon remains illuminated within a rectangular blue area. This behavior does not occur when performing similar steps for the Call log or Dialer Pad icons on the same device screen.

Prerequisites:
1) Have at least a single contact saved on device

Repro Steps: 
1) Updated Buri to BuildID: 20140307040203
2) Tap Phone (Dialer) App 
3) Tap Contacts (Address Book) icon (resembles a person icon) normally at least three times 

Actual: 
Contacts (Address Book) icon lights up within a blue rectangular area 

Expected:
Contacts (Address Book) icon is highlighted with a blue line beneath to designate user selection

This issue does not reproduce on Buri 1.3 

Following the STR in Comment 0 causes the Contacts (Address Book) icon to be highlighted without being illuminated in a rectangular box. There is no blue line beneath for any icon to designate selection on this build.
