The attachment bug being bug 981714.
My requests timed out (see attached stack trace) and the action bzexport took occurred several times (see bug 915312 comment 87 and following comments).
This may be an error with the server side, so feel free to close if that's the case.

Yes, the server is having tons of problems right now, triggered by attachment ID overflow in bug 981714.
