Description:
The text in the phone number and email fields of a contact's details does not scroll until it is under the clear icon (the x in a grey dot).

Repro Steps:
1) Update Buri to Build ID: 20140307040203
2) Launch the Contacts app.
3) Tap the New Contact icon.
4) Tap the phone number or email fields and enter text until it exceeds the boundaries of the text box.
5) Observe the text as it approaches the clear icon.

Actual:
The text advances until it's under the clear icon.

Expected:
The text advances until it's almost to the clear icon, then the text starts scrolling.

Does not repro on Buri 1.3 mozilla RIL.  The text begins scrolling before reaching the clear icon on all fields.
