User Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 8.0; Windows NT 6.1; Trident/4.0; SLCC2; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; .NET CLR 3.5.30729; .NET CLR 3.0.30729; InfoPath.3; Tablet PC 2.0; MS-RTC LM 8; .NET4.0C; .NET4.0E)
Steps to reproduce:
With the latest Mozilla upgrade 27.0.1 our
older Cisco switchcannot handle the new features when users access our web site https://www.thepayplace.com. Cisco has fixes out there for new versions of their switch, but they do not have a fix for our older switch.> We will migrate to new hardware by the end of April and this issue will go away. In the meantime...
Is there a "safe list" Mozilla maintains that our web site can be put on for the time being so users of your browser can continue to access our site and make payments?
Actual results:
users get an error - this page is not redirecting properly...
Expected results:
The user would be directed to a web page that allows them to make a payment.
