Requires turning on insanity::pkix via pref security.use_insanity_verification = true

In Fx28 and Fx30 default, site loads but displays its own error page.

In Fx30 with insanity::pkix enabled, we receive NS_ERROR_ABORT instead.

This is WFM in the 2014-03-21 Nightly. Matt, are you still able to reproduce it? If not, let's resolve it WORKSFORME.
