Gerv, could you, please, check the patch in if it looks good? I haven't touched text content except for title
case. I haven't used Unicode quotes, because Emacs-W3 refuses to display the pages if I use them. (I don't
want to be accused of stealthily breaking bugswards compatibility with Emacs-W3. I still like typographically
correct quotes and am *very* unhappy about this Emacs-W3 bug.)
Viewing attachment 49492 [details] [diff] [review] in a web browser shows some corruption on the first
line. Is this you, Bugzilla or my web browser? :-)

I suspect it is Bugzilla's fault, but it might be the fault of the uploading
browser. (I didn't use Mozilla for uploading, because Mozilla had just failed
another upload attempt. [I'll file a bug.])

The other lines of the patch are intact.
Ccing dawn for checkin, because I can't modify persistent-style.css.

The http://www.mozilla.org/MPL/ part of the patch is already rotten. :-(

I'm hoping this could get in before the http://www.mozilla.org/community.html
part rots, so I'm inclined to move the style rules inline.
henris: move the style inline. :-)

I attached a new patch without changes to persistent-style.css.

Is this one OK for check-in?

(Again, sorry for the garbage on the first line of the attachment. Bugzilla
didn't let me create an attachment with Mozilla so I had to use another browser.)
