Copy changes:

> Proxy server error

> Firefox is configured to use a proxy server that can't be found.
> - Check the proxy settings to make sure that they are correct.
> - Contact your network administrator to make sure the proxy server is working.

The "try again" button should be removed and replaced with a "Proxy settings" button. This button should open Firefox's proxy settings.

Wouldn't Try Again still be useful when there are intermittent proxy server errors? Wouldn't it also be useful after the user changes their proxy settings?
