Options menu is cut off in UI
I see this on Buri as well when updating gaia to the latest camera-new-feature

This is a result of a intermediary stage between two designs. I can do a hot fix to make sure filmstrip is never visible when settings menu is open, or we can wait for filmstrip to be deprecated (bug 971090) and close this issue?

If the latter, please close.
