This problem happens since Firefox26
Steps To Reproduce:
1. Open any page
2. Right click on a link and choose "Element Inspect"
4. Switch computed pane and look for css "color" property
5. Look for "about:PreferenceStyleSheet" and Click it
Actual Results:
Error page(The address isn't valid) is shown
Expected Results:
about:PreferenceStyleSheet should be open
