If a user wants to find out more about the web literacy map, they should able to find more extensive documentation than is presented on /explore, to increase the legitimacy of the Map.

Example, linking to Kate's prototype would solve this need: http://weblit-standard.herokuapp.com/en-US/v1.0

Kate, do you think your prototype would serve this need, and if so, what would we need to do to get it live?

I think it would, although we need to figure out a dynamic strategy to version the text for web literacies. I'm marking this as blocked by it.
