Build ID: 2001-09-04, all OSs.

Summary: Pushed auth leads to automatic login attempts at startup.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. add user_pref("mail.server.serverNN.always_authenticate", true); {where NN =
the # of the server you wish to enable pushed auth on} to your prefs.js
2. Restart, make sure you set the default account to POP3 or IMAP, so we're not
trying to actually login to the NNTP server at startup. (Leave "Check for new
messages every XX minutes" unchecked).
3. I had the twisty opened for both news servers (poisonivy and news.mozilla.org)
4. Start Mail/News.

Actual Results:

You will get prompted for the 1st server (if you have multiple auth enabled
servers) for username/password. If you cancel at the username prompt, we do the
right thing and don't prompt for password.

Expected Results:

I'm not clicking on anything, and my IMAP Inbox is the only thing that we should
be attempting to authenticate with.

Wireshark logs appear to indicate that this does not hold anymore. In lieu of contradictory evidence, marking WFM.
