As decided by the participants of the German community meeting a couple of weeks ago, let's update the auto responders for the contribute page form.

The new text was being worked on at https://wiki.mozilla.org/L10n:Teams:de/Get_involved_mails/Refresh

I prepared the text files. Coce, how would you like to have them? Zip of texts? SVN patch? If SVN, do you want a special patch style?
