982883 - [Buri][Market] scrolling app list shows occasional checkerboarding

Steps to reproduce:
1. Enter Marketplace app
2. With the 'Popular' tab selected, scroll down to the bottom
3. Press 'More"
4. once the additional list is loaded, scroll down

Expected:
scrolls normally with no missing content

Actual:
fast scrolling displays checkerboarding (i.e. showing whitespace) for half a second.

Reproducibilty:
> 50% of time

Note:
Also, when this is repeated to display a long list of apps (i.e. press more button 4~5 times), scrolling rapidly to the top & and bottom occasionally displays brief checkerboarding on the buri device.  This is more prominent when displaying contents that did not appear on the screen before.  If it has been displayed before, then checkerboarding happens much less frequently.

vlad says this is due to the architecture of the app, but should still be called.

Isn't this just a dupe of the general checkerboarding bug in bug 942750?

Sounds like it, yeah. I don't know if you want to dupe it or just mark this as dependent on that. Either is fine by me.
