To support gaia v1.4, we need the following repositories created on hg.mozilla.org:

created empty,
with permissions, hooks, etc: just like integration/gaia-central:
    integration/gaia-1_4

cloned from same locale repo under gaia-l10n/,
with permissions, hooks, etc just like that master:
    releases/gaia-l10n/v1_4/ar
    releases/gaia-l10n/v1_4/ca
    releases/gaia-l10n/v1_4/cs
    releases/gaia-l10n/v1_4/de
    releases/gaia-l10n/v1_4/el
    releases/gaia-l10n/v1_4/en-US
    releases/gaia-l10n/v1_4/es
    releases/gaia-l10n/v1_4/fr
    releases/gaia-l10n/v1_4/hr
    releases/gaia-l10n/v1_4/hu
    releases/gaia-l10n/v1_4/nl
    releases/gaia-l10n/v1_4/pl
    releases/gaia-l10n/v1_4/pt-BR
    releases/gaia-l10n/v1_4/ro
    releases/gaia-l10n/v1_4/ru
    releases/gaia-l10n/v1_4/sk
    releases/gaia-l10n/v1_4/sr-Cyrl
    releases/gaia-l10n/v1_4/sr-Latn

fyi, this pattern of creation & cloning will occur every other merge day (i.e. 12 weeks) in case you're considering scripting.
FTR, these need to be ready by Monday.

I explicitly asked to NOT create these repositories, we CANNOT afford to branch at this point.

Please set up the builds on 1.4 and 1.5 to build against /gaia-l10n

Which is why we have bugs to make sure every one is on the same page. Thanks for the diving catch from you PTO.

I'll split the l10n into a 2nd bug, so we have a tracker.

Per comment 3, the only repo to create is integration/gaia-1_4
