From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:0.9.3+) Gecko/20010904
BuildID: 2001090408

Relation to Mozilla ONLY!:
It may of been broken in the last one too but I didn't get that one. Anyways,
if you try to view "About Plugins", all you get is a blank page. I looked at
the source and it appears that the base code but where the list of plugins are
supposed to be isn't.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load up latest Nightly Build (I did the Sept 4th)
2. Select your profile (in my case, I select the Mozilla build since I also have
Netscape 6.1 installed)
3. Go to Help -> About Plugins. Or just type about:plugins in the address bar.

Actual Results: Blank Page.

Expected Results: A list of plugins installed. A list of MIME Types assigned
to each plugin and what extensions that they handle.

IE 6.0 Installed. Netscape 6.1 installed using seperate profile. Happens even
when no plugins are installed (just the packaged one is there).
