1. be on a previous version
2. run OTA or FOTA
3. install a packaged app from marketplace like Line or Wikipedia
4. look at logcat

Expected: no error
Actual: error:

Wikipedia isn't a packaged app - that's a hosted app w/appcache. Line is though.

QA Wanted to check behavior on 1.3 with a Leo device using OTA.

The installation completes, you are able to run the app.
I am not sure of the impact of the error at this time.

To note : the cause of concern was both Alexandre and I found similar bugs where the icon may not appear, or the software doesn't install in previous versions.  We closed those off as WFM bugs and decided to have this bug instead as this is the current behavior.

This does not happen after updating from yesterday's nightly 2.2 Flame KK build to today's build.  The exceptions listed in the bug description did not occur when downloading the packaged app Line from the marketplace.
