983251 - Need ability to disable particular MarionetteJS tests

One of the visibility requirements for TBPL is the ability to disable individual tests.  If we had this ability, we could disable the test failing in bug 982260 and unhide Gi in TBPL.

Even if that bug is fixed soon, we'll doubtlessly run into a similar situation in the future.
