Description:
User is unable to scroll in the MessageMe application.
Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to BuildID: 20140312040203
2) Open the Marketplace
3) Search for the "MessageME" app
4) Install the app
5) Open the MessageMe app and select "Create a new account"
6) Attempt to scroll up/down the page
Actual:
The user cannot scroll in the "MessageMe" app.
Expected:
The user is able to scroll in the "MessageMe" app.
