Details
The cells appear have had their text wrapped manually.
If you don't want automatic wrapping you should turn it off i.e. <td nowrap>
IIRC this affects some other mozilla.org pages as well e.g. query.cgi

This is more or less a dupe of bug 95691, which is about bad wrapping as well.
