The 3 mismatching pixels are all on the center column of smileys, on the left outer edge of their black border, about halfway up.

We should just annotate as fuzzy.

NOTE: This isn't a recently-introduced failure.  This test has just been annotated as "very fuzzy" -- fuzzy(132,15500) -- for quite some time, which would have made this failure treated as "close enough" (by far). But I removed that annotation last week in Bug 981110 part 1. We can now add it back, much more restricted (just 3 pixels, difference of 1, Windows-only).
