I believe that I sent the Committer's Agreement several years ago when I worked on mozilla.org to gain access to SVN. Do I need to send it again?

User actually had scm_level_2.
SVN re-enabled and HG as well.
Removed previous ssh key and added the new one.
Please allow sometime (~40mins) for the changes to take effect.
