Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/33.0.1750.149 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce: I started writing a tutorial using Mozilla Thimble. After writing some content, I saved my draft and unchecked the "Searchable on webmaker.org" checkbox to keep my draft private. Actual results: Next time I wanted to save the document, I had to uncheck the box again. Expected results: The state of the box should have been preserved, otherwise there is an extra step each time I'm saving a document that is not yet finished.
Confirmed, the state of the "Searchable on webmaker.org" dialog box is not saved.

this was some weird behaviour based on publish.js hard-setting the checkbox, and the make details not being reliably communicated due to client-side rather than server-side detail requests. Marking as duplicate, as this will be resolved in the other bug.
